Sarah has always had a fascination with the connection of body and mind. Receiving two degrees from the University of Colorado in Integrative Physiology and Psychology was only the beginning of the deeply interwoven aspects of being that are often times concluded to be separate. For the past ten years Sarah has practiced and studied a wide range of yoga styles, from primarily physical based to more intellectual and spiritual teachings. She began teaching in 2010 and later traveled to India to deepen her yogic studies, which reconnected her to the spiritual component of life, and to Thailand to learn Thai Massage.
Sarah has spent the last 4 years based in Bali, Indonesia where her education expanded beyond the container of yoga into the world of women’s work and natural childbirth. She is committed to continual learning and expansion of her understanding of health and healing.
